About The Modern House
The Modern House is an estate agency that helps people live in more thoughtful and beautiful ways. We believe in design as a powerful force for good. Inspired by the principles of modernism, we represent design-led homes across the UK that pay attention to space, light, materials, nature and decoration. Esquire credits The Modern House with “rewriting the rulebook on estate agency” and GQ voted us “one of the best things in the world”.
We believe in adding value to you, to your home and to your experience. We do this through our service, insight, expertise, presentation and superior reach.
We believe in being human. We're obsessive about the service we offer. Your home is likely your primary financial and emotional asset, and deserves only the most dedicated and empathetic individuals representing it. We exist to provide an alternative to the 'shiny suit' experience. Estate agency should be seen as being about a relationship building trust and empathy.
